Processing Time:

• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days
• Every mystery scoop includes a personalized scooping video, which is recorded while your order is being prepared

Shipping:

• Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order
• Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email
• Shipping time vary based on your location and carrier 

Delays:

• Once your package has been shipped, delivery times are the responsibility of the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delayed caused by weather, holidays, or carrier issues.
